Cole
Cole is a mention of Barbaresco, characterized by a more complex marly soil
The vineyard is located on the eastern side of the ridge that descends towards Barbaresco. The laminated Sant’Agata marls are less evolved and therefore more bluish and complex. The southeast exposure in a smaller amphitheater makes the location well protected and secure. This, combined with the more complex soil, produces wines with solid structure and excellent durability.
Harvesting is done manually. The bunches are placed in 20 kg crates to preserve their quality.

The vineyard is located on the eastern side of the ridge that descends towards Barbaresco. The laminated Sant’Agata marls are less evolved and therefore more bluish and complex.
