Our wines | Langhe Rosato DOC
Rosato, our newest
Langhe Rosato is the smallest of our productions. Born as an experiment in 2020, it’s produced from Nebbiolo grapes from a young vineyard with a cooler exposure to the northeast at a substantial altitude. The grapes are pressed, and the skins, after a brief contact of approximately twelve hours, are separated via soft pressing. The color is a delicate hot pink and the wine is fresh and elegant, but with a good tannic component that makes it quite suitable as an apéritif or paired with white meat.
